During a Cotton On Foundation Development Trip to Uganda in September, ten of our Store Managers from across the globe had the opportunity to visit one of our outreach villages and help build a new home for a family in the village Nseese.
This is the story of great team spirit and a laser like determination to build a home for grandmother Elizabeth, daughter Florence and twin grandchildren, whose existing family home could not provide adequate shelter, exposing the family to the harsh elements of extreme heat and rain.

“It was great to be a part of this house build for Elizabeth and her family. It was really special to see our Store Managers working with the community members to help create better living conditions and in turn, a healthier future. Elizabeth was truly thankful to the Cotton On team and was so incredibly happy with her new home. ” Amy Spokes, Cotton On Foundation trip team leader.
